Dusty Dragon Presents:

A Winter’s Veil

The Curse of St Briavels

📍 St Briavels Castle, Gloucestershire, UK
📅 20th–23rd November 2026

"You are cordially invited by Earl Veilensey to a weekend of seasonal joy, feasting, and festivity… but beware: something old has begun to stir beneath the stone."

As winter tightens its grip and the nights grow long, a mysterious letter arrives—sealed in wax, inked in an elegant hand, and bearing the insignia of the once and future-noble house of Veilensey. The Earl invites you to St Briavels Castle, the family’s ancient seat nestled in the heart of Gloucestershire, to join him and a small circle of guests in celebrating a season of giving, storytelling, and togetherness.

But within the folds of that letter lies a shadow…

The Earl confesses: all is not well at St Briavels.

Servants who’ve worked the grounds loyally for decades have begun to behave… oddly. Small things have gone missing. Silver from the drawing room. Letters and books from the archive. Murmurs echo down corridors that should be empty. Most disturbingly, a visiting cousin of noble blood was seen muttering to themselves in the moonlight — their eyes glassy, their posture twisted, their manners gone.

The castle, once a place of laughter, music, and winter warmth, now carries an unsettling weight. There is a presence in the air — not loud or brash, but ancient. Cold. Watching.

The Earl fears a dormant curse may be awakening, rooted deep within the walls of his ancestral home.

He cannot face it alone.

This is your invitation to a special weekend of mystery, magic, and immersive roleplay — where you’ll step into character, uncover ancient secrets, and forge alliances to solve the curse before it takes hold of all who dwell within.
